REAL-WORLD LEAK DETECTION TRAINING — BUILT FOR BEGINNERS, INCLUDING NON-PLUMBERS
Watch over the shoulder of expert leak detectors on actual service calls as they show you how to use the equipment, follow the evidence, and track down hidden leaks — even if you’ve never been a plumber.

Leak Detection Mastery puts you alongside experienced leak detectors as they diagnose customer problems from start to finish. You’ll see the equipment they use, how they test systems, which clues matter, and how they narrow the possibilities until they pinpoint the source.
This isn’t classroom theory. It’s field-based training that shows you how experienced leak detectors think through a problem when the answer isn’t obvious.
Leak Detection Mastery brings the pieces together in one organized training program — field instruction, equipment demonstrations, diagnostic techniques, service-call walkthroughs, and supporting resources designed to help you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it.
See experienced leak detectors work through service calls and diagnostic problems in the field.
Learn what the tools are for, how they’re used, and how different tests help narrow the search.
Learn how to follow the evidence, eliminate possibilities, and make better decisions as the job unfolds.
Leak Detection Mastery is also perfect for people without a plumbing or construction background. No experience is necessary.
Effective leak detection is a process of asking the right questions, running the right tests, and knowing what the evidence is telling you. Leak Detection Mastery teaches you how to work through that process step by step.
Learn what questions to ask, which signs matter, and how to build a diagnostic plan before you start testing.
Use the right equipment and testing methods to eliminate possibilities, interpret the clues, and narrow the search.
Bring the evidence together, analyze & verify your conclusion, and identify the source with confidence.
LDM is designed for a complete newbie to learn the trade from scratch. The truth is, there aren't many leak detection courses in existence. Finding leaks is a hidden art of sorts, and experienced detectors tend to hoard their knowledge. Plus, it's not a trivial craft to teach in the first place. We knew that creating a master course on the subject would require everything we had, which is why it took nearly 18 months to put it all together. The result is unlike anything else in existence.
Each lesson builds on the previous one to lay a foundation of knowledge. Take them step by step. Success is only achieved by having the right mindset and employing the proper strategy.
Each video is shot in 4K and—in combination with thorough PDFs and a master flowchart—prepares you for just about any situation you're likely to encounter out in the field.
Not only is Kevin Parker a truly exceptional leak detector, he also has a gift for teaching people. Every video is filled with golden nuggets of wisdom. Watch each one at least twice.
This is what puts the course over the top. As an add-on, you are able to actually get Kevin or one of his team members on a Zoom call while you're on a job site. In real time. If you get stuck? No problem.
Below are a few free previews pulled directly from the training. You’ll see the equipment, the diagnostic thinking, the field-based instruction, and the overall quality for yourself before you spend a dime.

Using his moisture meter and thermal imager, Kevin found the leak.
The most thorough leak detection training in the world — with live field support available.
Unlike some course introductory sections that aren’t always of great value, every video in this module is a must-see. Included is a PDF on all of the plumbing basics as they pertain to leak detection—as well as other material that will serve to set you up for success.
The exact gear you need to start and what you can add later, including acoustic mics, air pressurizers, thermal imagers, ULDs, moisture meters, borescopes, and line tracers. Plus other required equipment. You'll learn how to use the tools and how to maintain them.
How to approach every common leak type: slab, service line, fixtures, irrigation, drain/vent, water intrusion, AC condensation, ground conditions, and more. Especially helpful is seeing which of Kevin’s 50 field videos pertain to each category.
Originally created as a BONUS for plumbers, I decided to keep this section in for you. We introduce concepts like contamination, containment, drying strategy, moisture mapping, and documentation. A course will soon be finished on these very subjects. This gives you a 10,000-foot view.
You don’t have to wait around hoping strangers find you. This module covers the easiest way to get your first customers: joint venturing with plumbers who have leaks they need locating. You’ll learn how to approach them, get your foot in the door, prove your value, and turn one opportunity into repeat referral work.
A step-by-step field decision tree encompassing almost all of the situations you’ll encounter and how to proceed depending on the circumstances. Know exactly what to do next when you’re thrown a curveball, and when to stop, regroup, or upsell additional testing.
This module is a single video, but it’s one of the most valuable. Kevin’s not only a great leak detector and gifted teacher, he’s also a helluva nice guy. I sat down with him and the 30+ minute interview is both very compelling and chock-full of tips you’ll use your entire career.
Fifty real jobs from intake to resolution. Kevin strapped a GoPro to his chest and away he went on unscripted calls. The most valuable part is watching him explain why he takes the steps he does. Seeing the way his mind works is literally worth thousands of dollars itself.
This is an add-on and the biggest reason why LDM has no peer. Sometimes you are going to get stuck finding a leak, which would normally be an awful situation. Not so when you can just whip out your phone and get a world-class leak detector to talk you through the job.
We’ll add the final student stories here, along with their photos and details.

Leak detection is a specialized diagnostic skill. You need enough plumbing knowledge to understand the systems you’re testing — and Leak Detection Mastery teaches you that.
Beginner material covers the systems, components, shutoffs, piping, and other fundamentals you need to understand what you’re testing and why.
Leak Detection Mastery teaches you how to assess, test, follow the evidence, and pinpoint the source. You’re developing one specialized skill instead of trying to master an entire trade. But many leak detectors earn as much or more than plumbers do.
You're a specialized gun for hire with a skill that the overwhelming percentage of plumbers don't have. You're not a plumber, nor do you need to become one.
While we're not aware of any jurisdiction in the nation that requires a license for leak detection, plumbing is another story. Plumbing repairs should be performed by an appropriately licensed professional.
Leak Detection Mastery was originally created to train plumbing companies in a valuable technical skill. They literally pay thousands for LDM. You’re getting that same training — now made accessible to beginners and non-plumbers at a radically different price.
The core training was developed for plumbing companies that wanted their technicians to be able to locate leaks on their job sites.
You see it all: service calls, diagnostic equipment, testing methods, difficult situations, and the decisions experienced leak detectors make while solving problems.
We’ve added the foundation a non-plumber needs so you can understand the systems being tested without first spending years learning an entire trade.
The training was built for professionals. The price no longer is.
Leak Detection Mastery combines hands-on jobs at customer properties with practical classroom training. The result is that students learn how leaks are found in the real world — not in artificial, idealized situations which leak detectors never actually encounter on service calls.
Brent brings decades of plumbing, leak detection, water restoration, and mold remediation experience to Leak Detection Mastery. He spearheaded the original version of the training — which was originally offered exclusively to plumbing companies — and made the decision to offer it to everyone else as well.
Kevin is the field expert you’ll see throughout Leak Detection Mastery. His experience diagnosing difficult leaks, using specialized equipment, and working through service calls forms the backbone of the course’s over-the-shoulder training.
The core of the training is real in-the-trenches footage shot at the properties of a variety of residential & commercial customers.
The operating companies behind the training have built strong reputations solving leak-detection problems for tens of thousands of customers.
The core field training was created for professional companies before being offered to a much broader audience.
Leak detection is specialized diagnostic work. You’re solving an expensive problem by giving the customer the answer they need before somebody starts cutting, digging, or guessing.
Our leak detection co. charges $300 and up for a standard residential leak-detection service. Commercial is more. Pricing, of course, varies by market, job difficulty, and business model.
You have a very focused job, and the work is easy on your back. Just find the leak. Most calls take an hour or less. For bigger jobs that require more time, you simply charge more.
You’re not learning a random hobby. You’re learning a specialized service people already pay real money to have performed.
Professional-grade leak detection training built to take you from the fundamentals through real-world diagnosis — even if you’re starting from scratch.

Do I need to be a plumber or have construction experience?
No. Leak Detection Mastery was specifically adapted so complete beginners can learn the skill. We teach the plumbing fundamentals you need to understand the systems you’re testing without requiring you to first learn an entire trade.
What exactly is included in Leak Detection Mastery?
You get more than 100 lessons across 9 training modules, equipment and testing instruction, a step-by-step leak detection flowchart, PDFs and supporting materials, and 50 real-world service-call videos showing Kevin working through actual leak-detection jobs in the field.
Is this mostly classroom theory?
No. Classroom instruction gives you the foundation, but a major part of the training comes from real service calls. You’ll watch the equipment being used, tests being performed, clues being evaluated, and actual leaks being tracked down under real-world conditions.
Do I have to buy thousands of dollars of equipment before I can start?
No. We show you what equipment you actually need to get started, what each tool does, and what additional equipment you can add as your skills and business grow. You do not need to own every specialized tool on day one. Keep in mind that whatever you end up spending on tools, it is a pittance when compared to how much leak detectors can earn.
Is live field support included with the $99 course?
No. Live field support is optional and available separately. If you want additional help once you begin working jobs, you can purchase live support sessions and get an experienced leak detector on a call with you while you’re in the field. Immediately after you purchase the course, you'll have the chance to buy a bundle of field support sessions at a steep discount.
How long will it take me to learn leak detection?
That depends on how quickly you work through the material and how much time you spend studying and practicing. Leak Detection Mastery contains more than 100 lessons and over 10 hours of video training, so this is a comprehensive skill-development program rather than a quick weekend tutorial. If you're serious, you'll throw yourself into the course and dedicate at least a month to learning it enough to where you're ready to take on customers. Which is clearly a small price to pay. Ultimately, it's up to you how much you want it.
Do I need a plumbing license to perform leak detection?
We’ve been doing leak detection for decades, and we are not aware of any jurisdiction that requires a special license for an individual to diagnose the location of leak coming from water lines. Or a roof, window, ac unit, etc. Point blank. Full stop. Now, keep in mind that you aren’t going to be putting a sewer camera INSIDE of a pipe to see where, for instance, roots might have caused a break in underground sewer lines. In some areas, that scope of work does require a plumbing license because your equipment is physically entering a plumbing pipe. But you don’t need to do those types of calls and 99% of leak detectors don’t. Those are much rarer leaks. That being said, you should obviously always verify the requirements where you operate to make sure you don't have to be licensed. Leak detection is diagnostic work; when plumbing repairs or other regulated work are required, those services should be performed by an appropriately licensed professional where required.
How do I get even more customers than partnering with plumbers?
After you purchase the course, you'll have a chance to get the Business Blueprint. It's not necessary and many leak detectors only do work that plumbing companies refer to them. However, the Blueprint is everything we know about the business side of running a leak detection company and will allow you to maximize your revenue.
Get the same field-based leak detection training originally built for professional plumbing companies — now available to you for a limited time for only $99.
